DELIVERY & RETURNS
Delivery
Outsider Co. couriers parcels nationwide. We will only ship to a physical address, not to a postal address. Delivery charges will be set out at the time of check out and are valid only for deliveries within South Africa. We may reject your order if we find that an incorrect area code has been supplied as shipping charges are based on these area codes.
We will endeavour to ship all available items, where reasonable, within 48 working hours. Orders placed over a weekend will be shipped within 48 hours from the first working day thereafter. If we cannot ship your order within 7 days from the date of order, then we will cancel your order and refund any payment you may have effected.
Once your parcel is collected from us by the courier company, shipping will take approximately 2-3 days in main centres and 4-5 days in remote areas.
Returns
We will gladly accept returns on any purchase made on our website which is in original condition; unworn with all tags attached and for footwear with the original box in new condition within 14 days of purchase. Please include a cover letter with your name, order reference and details of item(s) being returned.
You will have the option of being issued a gift card for the same value of the product, or you will get a cash refund.
Please contact customerservice@outsiderco.co.za to arrange your return. You can deliver the product to our office in Pretoria or we can arrange a courier to collect.
Should we arrange collection – shipping charges for returned goods will not be refunded. We will arrange for a courier to collect it from you at a cost of R150 which will be deducted from your gift card or cash refund.
Once we receive your package, our team will verify its contents, inspected to ensure it is unworn and in original condition with tags intact. We will then send the credit back to your financial institution within 7-10 business days. Gift Cards will be issued immediately.
In the case of incorrect sizing, we encourage you repurchase the correct size as soon as possible on the website due to high sales volumes.
Return of defective items
In the unfortunate occurrence that we deliver a damaged or defective product to you we will uplift and ship you a replacement product at our expense, provided it is reported within 48 hours of receipt. (Please email customerservice@outsiderco.co.za immediately).
Please include a cover letter with your name, order reference and details of defect.
Depending on the availability of a substitute product we will replace with the same item. Should that same item not be available we will issue you with a gift card or a refund within 7-10 working days.
Once we receive the item it will be inspected and we will contact you with our findings.
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your order at any time prior to Outsider Co. shipping it to you. Any refunds will be effected within 10 working days of the cancellation of the order.
If Outsider Co. has shipped an item to you and you wish to cancel the order it will be subject to our returns and exchanges policy.
